Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Vidpulp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Vidpulp.

Vidpulp monitors the YouTube playlists you choose, generates AI-written summaries of new videos from their transcripts, and emails you a digest. We provide the service on an “as is” basis and may change or improve features over time.

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Vidpulp.

You agree not to:

• Use Vidpulp to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service in a way that violates these terms or the YouTube Terms of Service.

• The Free plan is available at no cost and includes a one-time lifetime summarization allowance.
• Pro is $8.99/month and Plus is $14.99/month, billed through Stripe, and renew automatically each month until canceled.
• You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Your paid features remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we don't provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

We may change pricing in future; we’ll give reasonable notice of changes that affect an active subscription.

Refunds for unauthorised jurisdictions: If you use a virtual private network (VPN), proxy, or a false billing address to bypass our geographic payment blocks from an unauthorised tax region (such as the European Union), we may permanently ban the account. Any remaining subscription balance is forfeited to cover administrative and payment-processing costs, and no refund will be issued.

Vidpulp (operated by Klarbyte Labs Ltd) is a UK-based micro-business operating under domestic UK Small Business Tax exemptions.

Due to international tax compliance and registration limits for digital services, Vidpulp is strictly intended for, and made available to, customers residing in the following permitted jurisdictions: the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are a legal resident of, and are accessing the Service from, one of these permitted jurisdictions.

If you are accessing this website or purchasing a subscription from outside these permitted jurisdictions (including, but not limited to, the European Union or the United Arab Emirates), you are doing so in violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access, block your IP address, and cancel any active subscriptions without prior notice if we detect a breach of these geographic limitations.

Summaries are generated automatically by AI from video transcripts. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a substitute for the original video. The underlying videos, channels, and transcripts belong to their respective owners; Vidpulp claims no ownership over them. Use summaries as a convenience, and refer to the source video where accuracy matters.

The Vidpulp name, brand, and software are owned by us. These terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or to the content owned by third parties surfaced through the service.

Vidpulp is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that summaries will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidpulp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Vidpulp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
